Federal Bank has announced recruitment for the posts of Clerks &  Probationary Officers.

Dates:  Online registration of applications – 30.09.2010 to 20.10.2010
Written Examination – 05.12.2010

Post & Payscale:
Clerk – Rs.7200 /-/ 19300
Probationary Officer – Rs.14,500 /-/ 25700




Eligibility: The criteria for candidates applying to clerk post, 
* Should not be above 24 yrs, as on 01.07.2010
* Graduation with 55% (for science candidates) & 50% (for others), as on 01.07.2010
* Working knowledge of computers is necessary.

for PO posts: * Age not above 26 yrs, as on 01.07.2010
* Graduation with 60% marks from a recognized university, as on 1.07.2010
* Working knowledge of computers is necessary.

Selection: The selection process for Federal bank clerk & PO recruitment consists of Written test & Interview.The tests are of objective type only, with 6 papers for both posts & will be conducted for 120 mins (clerks) & 150 mins (PO).


Application: Candidates have to pay fee of Rs.300(OBC/General) & Rs.50(SC/ST) for clerk posts; for PO Rs.400(OBC/General) & Rs.75(SC/ST) at any federal bank branch or through any bank (by NEFT) before October 20,2010.After payment is made, you can submit the online application available at www.federalbank.co.in * Candidates can apply to both post, by applying & paying fees separately.
